Please allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS to receive tracking information. Based on the shipping rates you selected that's when you will receive your order. If there are any mistakes that have been made on my end I will contact you personally to inform you on inconveniences. As for any lost or stolen items once your package is shipped to you, we are NOT responsible for. There is a 72 hour window if you need information on how to return a damaged item, after that I can no longer help you. If your items are damaged feel free to contact me with name, order #, and email and we can work something out! I do NOT accept returns of worn, tarnished, washed, or anything with an odor. Item(s) must be NEW and sent back in original packaging. Pre-order shipping will take long 7-14 business days MAX. Please be aware that when you place a pre-order it will not come to you right away.
